Chef Ian Tozer, the man behind Roti, has worked in London, Los Angeles, San Francisco & Arizona before venturing to Japan in 1994.
During his time in Tokyo, Ian has been instrumental in such restaurants as the Farm Grill, the original West Park Cafe, and Tennozu Isle's T.Y. Harbor Brewery.
After 12 years in the Tokyo restaurant scene, Ian established the Roti restaurant company in 2001 and continues to offer his simple food philosophy of cooking what he likes the way he likes it.
ロティのイギリス人シェフ イアントーザーはロンドン、ロスアンジェルス、サンフランシスコ、アリゾナで活躍した後、1994年に来日。 その後ファームグリル(銀座)、ウェストパークカフェ(代々木上原)、T.Y.ハーバーブルワリー(天王洲)など数々の人気店をプロデュースしてきた。
2001年にロティ六本木店をオープン。
イアン・トーザーの食に関する哲学は、至ってシンプル。 ’ I cooks what I likes the way I like it!’.
